Tracey has been so great to work with. I had SI joint pain during my second trimester and she was able to work me into her schedule quickly and bring me relief to my pain and discomfort after only 2 sessions. She armed me with exercises I could do at home to maintain the results I had gained. My favorite part was the personal videos she sent me of the exercises to remind me EXACTLY how to do them. She is absolutely amazing at what she does she she made me feel so comfortable. I highly recommend her!
